Through a collaborative and confidential process, I assist clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to foster self-understanding and positive change.

Populations and Locations Served

I work with adults and teenagers from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, beliefs, experiences, and orientations.

Although I split my time between the San Francisco Bay Area and Santa Cruz, I am not limited to serving only those areas. Since all my services are provided through secure video or phone conferencing, I am able to support clients located anywhere in California.
