About Ingbritt.
Transitions often bring challenges that test our resilience, yet it is through these very struggles that we experience the most profound growth.
My Journey
Like many, I have experienced significant life changes and transitions. In 1964, I immigrated to the United States with my European parents and grew up in Santa Cruz. After college, I launched a graphic design business, serving clients in the Bay Area for 30 years. Seeking new challenges and meaningful work, I spent five years exploring career paths before discovering my passion for therapy — a decision I am deeply grateful for.
My Qualifications
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, holding License No. 146540. I earned my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and completed 3,000 clinical training hours at CHAC, a community mental health agency serving Santa Clara County. My experience includes providing school-based individual therapy to students from elementary through high school, as well as treating adults, couples, and families at CHAC’s in-house clinic.
